General description:
Approx. 50 m from a sandy beach is situated the hotel Latania Apts. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The tourist centre is only a few metres away. The town Heraklion is around 35 km away (Agios Nikolaos around 35 km, Chersonisos around 9 km). In the vicinity of the hotel are a number of shopping facilities and a supermarket. In the evening, you can go dancing in a nightclub in the hotel’s surroundings. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Malia Strip, Lixnostatis Folk Museum, Aquaworld Aquarium, Acqua Plus Waterpark and Labyrinth Park. For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 400 m away), a car rental company and a motorcycle rental. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 35 km away. The 2-storey resort consists of a main building and 4 adjoining buildings, and has 44 rooms in total, that were last renovated in 2019. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee) and a free parking area. For the meals, there is a snack bar. You can relax in good company in the hotel bar. WiFi is available for free. For guests dependent on a wheelchair the accommodation provides a barrier-free access. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry service is available for a fee.
