Residenze Garden is located in Rome's EUR district, near the exit 27 of the GRA ring road. The city center and Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are all a 20-minute drive away. This property is a 5-story building surrounded by palm trees and the characteristic rationalist architecture of the area. Eur Fermi Metro Station, on line B, is just a 10-minute walk away and provides links to Termini Train Station. Apartments at the Garden Residence are spacious and equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning, and a TV with satellite channels. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are included.WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
