Approx. 80 m from private sandy/stone beach is located the hotel Istron Bay Hotel. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas free of charge. The tourist centre is about 800 m away. The town Heraklion is around 60 km away (Agios Nikolaos around 13 km, Ierapetra around 25 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 2 km.
